The Customer 

A well respected and rapidly growing consulting company with offices in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. They are a gold partner to a number of ERP software companies with extensive experience particularly across SAP and Oracle and provide ERP & IT services to a number of the worlds largest companies.

 

The Requirement

SAP SuccessFactors Functional role (German-speaking) focussed on compensations. The role will be for 3 months initially ( all remote ) but will transition to mainly client site working ( Hamburg closest City) further into the project. It’s expected the role will be 9-12 months.

 

About You  

The role will be working with the consulting companies end Customer, a global conglomerate with an electronics manufacturing background so you’ll need to have experience of large scale SAP SF rolls. It’s also essential that you’ve carried out at least 2 end to end SF implementations along with solid experience of compensations. This is a functional role so as you would imagine you’ll be expected to be very hands-on so this would not be suitable for someone who over the last few leads has managed a team and been hands-off.

You’ll also need :

 

  • Experience in delivering large high profile, complex HCM cloud implementation and integration between Employee Central and Performance Management which is a must.
  • Ideally SF Certified consultant ( A strong preference not essential)
  • Good at XML configurations

 

The role will require someone to :

  • Manage each phase of the implementation
  • Manage/communicate with the SuccessFactors Technical / Integration teams ensuring end-to-end processes are delivered
  • Assisting in Business Development activities
  • Define business requirements and design solutions with the clients business and IT users
  • Provide functional subject matter expertise on the SuccessFactors HCM solution
  • Manage change activities to ensure business adoption and effective user training

This is a large scale project which will present challenges and new ways to help innovate.
